I'm feeling pretty good today - I'm under 200!!! 199.4 to be exact. This time I'm going to keep going and going and not backtrack. At the time of my son's wedding in 2012, I was down to 167 and then for some dumb reason, once the wedding was over - I started gaining back the weight I had lost. I'm determined not to let that happen again. It's probably better for me to lose with the reason of doing this for myself, then having an end goal of looking good for an occasion like last time. I'm glad to have found this site. :)

We have all been there at one time or another, the main thing is that you see the setback of not continuing with the loss...now is the time to make up the difference and move forward...you know you can do it, you've proven that so now yes do it for YOU, you are important, and we are here for you! :)...
