Julia, I just used my old standard waffle recipe: 1 1/4 c flour, 1 1/4 c buttermilk, 3 Tbsp butter ( or cooking oil for crispier waffles), 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt. Toss it all in the blender and blend just until smooth.
