I think I've come up with a good pattern. (F-"Fast" Day; N-Normal Day)

I like my weigh in to follow a normal day. If 4:3 doesn't work, I'll go back to the 5:2 idea.

Very chuffed to have lost three pounds!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
