Doctor says no more wine so I am eating excess and rubbish instead ... bugger. Tried a daily challenge again and ran into same problem as last time (which I had forgotten, sigh), which is that the narrow window to claim success is in the middle of my night in Australia. I don't need to complete a "challenge" anyway, I am doing this to lose weight and become healthier - especially for my heart. I will now turn my attention to portion control.
