Good Thursday Morning to all. Seem to be struggling getting back on track....Food/WOE is just fine...but totally off with what seems to be a daily "cocktail hour". DH is home, has been...which as most of you know is very unusual...generally only home a weekend every 3/4 weeks....so, when he is home, his downtime is like a "vacation" to him....
Not to say I don't have a long list of "honey dos", but seems like at the end of the day....I indulge with him by having a few drinks...not blaming him, obviously I am in control of my own actions....just can't seem to stay with my "own" routine...very disappointed in myself...carb intake is just fine...but calories are up and noticed when I have a drink it impacts my water intake which is way down, last couple of days....
Took off from work as well to spend some time with him, and this too impacts my routine....
Spring is definitely here...so we have been working outside, sprucing up the poor yard, flowers and shrubs, and bringing the pool back to life...love being outside, much prefer to daily housework....so nice to see the daily improvements. Will be going to get some additional plants and shrubs to supplement...
