nearly double my carbs today. I have been sick with an upper respiratory infection (viral so no antibiotics) for the last week. I went to yoga on Tuesday and have not exercised since. I also missed 3 nights of work! I am still coughing and blowing my nose frequently but not nearly like I was a few days ago. I will attend yoga in the morning again and get back on track with my exercise plan. Today I will make a meal plan and go to the store and cook for the week. I mad shrimp scampi with bow tie pasta and peas, I know not a low carb meal but filling. So I have to come up with another dinner, I make two a week and alternate throughout the week.
