179 today, that is 2 lbs less since yesterday. Hoping this bloating and crap goes away and I see a big number on the scale by the end of the week. Until then I will continue to work hard eat right and exercise. Still trying to deal with fatigue. I am going to exercise today, not sure if I can do the 4 miles again but will do something at least. Ugh, I really feel like crap!
