Yesterday was my first day on the MuscleHack.com G.L.A.D. diet and I enjoyed it. On this diet it doesn't matter how many grams of carbs or fat I consume in a day. The basic rules are get my 194g or protein, hit my 1,950 calories across 4-5 meals for the day, and avoid trash carbs. Trash carbs are sugar, white bread products, basically I avoid any carb product that is not whole grain. Rye breads are good and my favorite line of products, the Genesis and Ezekiel breads and cereals.

Today, I weighted just 2/10ths over my lightest weight yet on MuscleHack.com programs, so the Day 1 results are encouraging. TSPA got me to 14% body fat, now GLAD is supposed to keep me there while allowing me to build muscle mass. My life as a human guinea pig continues... :-)
