I'm so disappointed in myself, gaining weight this week, feel so defeated, gonna have work on staying better on track on my eating habits and staying in within my limit.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
