If you slow down your metabolism too rapidly then its problem for weigh loss.. as your system will not burn enough calories and you will loose water weight in few days due to less carbs and muscle loss.. addition of some functional strength exercise and diet can do the magic for the weight loss journey… take care 🤙🏻
