Multivitamin is best option to suppress your hunger. Urge to eat is due to vitamin deficiencies.

I started dieting in Jan and lost 7 kg by April. i followed dieting and exercise. again this winter ibstarted dieting and exercise.
however dieting is not one day switch. I needed 15-20 days to adjust to new diets.
i stopped chicken biryani(over eating) and started fruits on week 1,
week 2 I switched green vegetables and fruits and once a while nonveg. week 3 I switched to fruits, salad, green peas, green vegetables.
once I shifted to low fat diet, on week 3-4 I started noting down calorie intake on this app.

hi, drink 1 glass lukewarm with apple cider vinegar 1 tsp before breakfast. apple cider vinegar make your sugar blood balance, then your appetite reduce. don't eat after your dinner until morning sugary or sweets at all. for dinner ear curd, yoghurt, or milk. eat more green leaf vegtable(lettuce, celery, and etc.), they are full of fiber make your stomach full. eat nuts and date make your stomach full.

hi Sneha 🙂 just split your meals to smaller portions & eat at 8am-11am-1pm-4pm-8pm. Further you can drink water before the meal to reduce intake. & do eat the healthy part of the food first so that you've already eaten enough to overeat the unhealthy stuff. Good luck with your journey!
