Experiment:
I have now been at a plateau for several weeks, so I am going to experiment a little with my diet. I want to see if counting calories or points with weight watchers is for effective so for a few weeks I am going to track it both ways.
I am leaving my exercise alone and as I am really busy am going to get in what I can. As my township still hasn't fixed my road for my run (got washed out about a month ago and is just getting worse everytime it rains) I am going to dust off the elliptical and start running on it again. I am also upping the days I do zumba and am going to add some strength training into my workout. I am hoping to at least tone my abs everyday.
Today, since it looks like rain, I may dust off the Wii and play fitness games with my daughter.
