Just checking in. Only 2 workouts this week due to some work meetings.. I should’ve pushed thru and made it happen regardless. Food last 3 days, excellent “under” my RDI.. it’s coming off very slow, but I’m glad. Less stressful and I know I’m getting more toned when I do workout.
