This journey has been absolutely rocky! Imagine beginning a climb just to keep sliding further down. Forget seeing the peek you can barely see where you started. Back in September I started my keto journey and for 20 solids days I did not slip. Until a new job and “celebrations” from love ones began. It was down hill from there. I couldn’t go back. I can’t go back. I tried OMAD yesterday. I lost 1.6 pounds on my first day (water weight I bet but still) and with the progress you would think I would keep going but NOPE. Instead I broke my fast today and ate sugar!!! Still under my RDI but feel ashamed and disappointed. I spend hours searching “best diets” or “fastest ways to lose weight” when in reality as rather read about it then be about it!!
