Lol, it was just pointed out to me how much weight I've lost since April of 2010. I started at 216 and am down to 146 now so that's 70 pounds of perfectly aged fat I've lost.
I dunno, it's hard to comprehend espesially when I look in the mirror. It doesn't look like I've lost that much at least visually although, I can see a change. Of course I'm short so I'm naturally wider when I'm overweight. So according to my goal I have another 34 pounds to go. Actually, I won't know until I get there. My end goal is to get rid of my adomable fat to improve my health so it's hard to put a number on it. Both my doctor and I think I've been insulin resistant for many years before my diabetes which explains this. Of course having fibro hasn't helped. I don't have an accurate way to measure my fat but I know I'm carrying an awful lot still.
At any rate, progress is nice:) ☺
