I had an amazing workout today! I pushed myself more than I thought I could! I participated for a second day in a group training session. Yesterday it was circuit training and today it was various exercises including bear crawl and suicides, jump rope, sit-ups, running, weights and steep stair climbs! I was physically exhausted!!! However I GOT THROUGH IT!
I could not wait to leave work today and ended up voluntarily working later than I had to ! Hey it will give me a better start to my Monday!
I ate pretty well thus far! Not sure what is for dinner but it should be healthy since yesterday I ate a burger (kids burger and fries (which may I add was angus, therefore healthier and I ate only half of the bun and fries!)but I had some light beer. It was good and St. Patty's!!! Anyhoo,tomorrow is weigh in! I hope I did better than last week!
Maybe I should do a last chance workout! Nah!!!!
