2nd day trying to behave as much as I need... it is hard to come back to this! but I'm motivated again so I think it is just a matter of days ti get back on track.
Also I exercised a bit today again. Maaan! it takes so long to get used to exercise, and it is so easy to lose it within a few weeks! it is hard to start getting condition again; but well I need to do it anyway...
