I can't believe that I finally lost some weight! I'm on day four of phase 1, and I've lost three pounds this week. Crazy! I wish that this could keep up and I could lose 14 pounds in phase 1...
96.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
