My weight has been going up and down over quite a number of years.
Usually I manage to lose a few kilos - once up to 5 - but then, without continuous discipline, it will rocket back up with a couple of extra kilos to boot!
Very dismayed having weighed in today at a monstrous 98 kilos...
Looking forward to positive results, but feeling that 30 kilos off is going to take the rest of my life!
