Bahan pancake -ubi rebus 100gr -gula diabetasol 1sct -1 butir telur -vanili -garam sejumput -baking powder -maizena 1sdm Cara : blender semua bahan tunggu 30mnt,cetak di teflon anti lengket Bahan coklat home made: -susu low fat secukup nya -cacao powder (tanpa gula) 1sdm -gula diet 2sct / sesuai selera -madu -dark coklat 10gr (optional) Cara buat: campur semua bahan jadi satu,aduk,lalu di tim sektar 5 mnt sambil di aduk
