Got to my zumba class last night. There were only 2 of us, so had plenty of room to move. It was a 45 minute high intensity zumba class followed by 30 minutes of toning. It was great!
I was hoping my husband had fed my daughter, but that didn't happen so I had to make dinner when I got home. At least he helped by cooking pork chops; however, that screwed up my veggie day. But I stayed within my 1200-1500 calorie goal.
Today, I am hoping to get another zumba workout in tonight, but I guess it depends on what my husband has in store for me. I may end up helping put metal on the roof of our new garage and will be too tired for a workout.
Same food goal 1200-1500 pounds.
