Well, I was able to get my butt up off the couch and do 50 mins of zumba last night, despite having a headache. I also managed to keep my calories to 1500.
Today: I am going to shoot for a veggie day between 1200 and 1500 and have zumba class tonight. I am really excited as I haven't been to class for 2 weeks and my husband can watch my daughter so I can go by myself. It will be a great workout!
So far, this week is starting out well. I hope it holds out. I could do with a little less rain though as if it doesn't stop soon I am going to have to start calling myself Noah and boat to the top of the yard. My garden is rotting before it can even grow we have so much water.
