I’m glad that covid is over, I hate loosing weight in such and unhealthy way… Managing some food, but still can’t enjoy tasting or smelling it… but need to eat to get energy, as feeling weak and drained 😵💫😓

Take care. My ‘get better food’ is mashed potatoes with butter or soft boiled egg and toast with butter. Maybe you need stronger tastes - do you like marmite? It’s full of goodness!

We still haven't got our taste and smell back 💯either but I did find that either really sweet or really really hot and spicy seems to trigger it a bit, I started by having cup of veg stock with some chilli paste, garlic paste and bit of ginger in it...spicy soup! I also bought some good multi vitamins and herbal teas,,hope u feel better soon 🤗🤗❤️

I can also recommend marmite. and chilli and ginger is always good turmeric too and black pepper and that's almost a curry!
