Cutting out the extras seems to make a difference; otherwise my weight holds steady. So eat dinner but don't snack afterwards. Eat only as much as I need to stop feeling hungry. Sometimes I have a cup of homemade cocoa after dinner and that satisfies any extra cravings.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
