Good Morning, Today is the end of the week. My day out and I have lunch. I go to a restaurant and actually talk to someone. Covid means I am in a bubble of one. This is important right now as Bermuda is going through its worse wave. I will walk this morning, I am doing this daily next week I will add a bike ride. My weight is not spiking, and my glucose is 10 points lower in the morning. Ta Ta for now.....
I have set my defaults for exercise, next week I will bike for 30 minutes, walk for 30 minutes and stretch yoga for 30 minutes. I am getting back to normal. Go, Girl..... Ta Ta for now........
