Sudah 3 mingguan makan tiap harinya di 1400 kalori (sesuai goal di FS) tapi berat hanya turun 2kg naik turun disitu melulu. Cek di TDEE calculator ternyata utk cutting weight harus seharinya di 1105 kalori. Pantesan aja 😅 dikit banget ya di 1105 🥲

Iiih aku juga dooong.. selama ini makan di 1500 ajaa, ternyata kalo cutting di 1,100 kalori 🥺 thank you so much.. selama ini gapernah klik menu "cutting" di tdee malah baca yg maintanance hahahahh
