Goals

180 by Friday.
No eating after 7:30
Exercise at least 3x this week.

I know I am not going to get big numbers anymore since I lost so much. But I am going to get losing until I reach my goal then maintain. After the 170 goal is met I want to make it 150. Maybe if I am brave after that is met I will make it 140. I am not going to stress if I never get back to the 140 or 130's. I just want to be healthy.

Sounds like a good plan. My theory is that our bodies will let us know when they have reached a comfortable maintenance weight as long as we are eating healthily and moving our bodies. Although my goal is 175 on here ... I don't know if I will reach it or not. If I settle in at a slightly higher weight that's okay with me (the charts be damned!!!) and if by some miracle I settle in at lower than 175 that will be okay too. I like your attitude!! We both need to remember it is the journey not just the "end" that is so important!! I'm excited to see where you land!!!
