Starting over today. Have been straying here and there and now I have TOM and weight is up. Not sure if its because of TOM or the straying but not weighing in until after Tom has gone. Havent really been logging or journaling. So just gonna start all over. Going back to gym tonite and just gonna restart. Brought me water and food for the day. Know it gonna be hard and I am not looking forward to all the cravings in I stirred up. I messed up a goof thing. Oh well, back on track.
