A tip for people that love eating large meals and love oatmeal. Add shirataki rice with your oats , 0kcal maple syrup and trade cow milk for oat milk. Shirataki rice add only 15-30kcal per 200gr, 1 cup unsweetened silk oat milk has only 50 kcalā€¦ and makes you really full.
