Transformation Butterfly's Journal, 21 Jul 14

Didn't do any exercise on Sunday sore knee and this morning I am dragging big time. Is there such a thing as a coffee hangover, because I fill like I got hit by a truck. I didn't mention that I stopped drinking coffee for four months and Saturday was my firt time and I really over indulged. I have to get my motivation back up to where it was last week but it is a very rainy day and not very motivated today. HELP!
