Had me a burger tonite.
Third day off in a row, still doing okay as I never really sit still for long. I was kind of concerned going in to taking some days off that i would want to do some boredom snacking but so far so good!
Didn't do any "formal" excersising, but was out and about walking around for a good part of the day.

Had my first burger in a month. Made it at home with some baked sweet potato "fries"....mmmm mmm! Felt absolutely decadent, but the meal was not over the top. Extra lean ground beef, Orowheat whole grain sandwich thins and alpine lace swiss. Ah crap!!! gotta go back and add the sauteed mushrooms to my "enter food" Hey...we gotta be able truly have what we enjoy once in a while or we may be sabotaging. Im jazzed that I am still going to come on at around 1700 cals when its all said and done for the day! That whole meal came in at about the same as a whopper all by itself...and mine had gooey swiss and sauteed mushrooms on it...straight off of the grill.
Moral: If you can cook at home do it! its better tasting, you have more control and more nutritional value!
