hi there today's my first journal entry. busy detoxing my system to help with hopefully a successful weight loss. good luck to all you ladies out there. After detox I'm going to fast for 48 hrs then I'll share my healing. Eat lots of greens good fats and lean proteins don't drink to much water and don't let the scale dictate.
