I don’t think FS it’s very accurate on calories myself, Taiwyn. I often look them up to make sure I’m putting in the amount I should be putting in.
Sometimes I just have to find a food on the web that matches calories for the item I’m eating.🙃

Yeah, now that I'm weighing food more I'm so much more picky about "guesstimating" but that's all we can do sometimes!
It's turkey and provolone on GF bread. Not my #1 but it was free for an event. I really like their Reubens...or I did, after looking at the menu today it seems they discontinued them. So hard to find a good Reuben these days 😤

If the calorie count is off on a resteraunt meal it's usually because someone eating it entered it that way. Maybe they only ate a portion of the sandwich & they weren't accurate in serving size. I hate when something is entered & it only says "1 serving" or "1 sandwich" etc. If unsure, I Google the resteraunt site to see what the "official" calories are
