I did really really bad today. My carbs are a few weeks worth for one day. My calories are almost enough for two days.
I have been worried about doing atkins. Dr. Oz has me leary and so does what my body tell me on atkins. I am thinking I will go back to eat clean diet. I am unsure. I will choose something tonight because I have to get back on track. I want to lose my last 30 pounds!
