gym baru 3 bulan terus defkal baru 2 bulan cuman makan itu-itu aja sampai bosan, tapi alhamdulilah ada hasilnya sixpacknya udah muncul walau tahan nafas wkwk. BB juga cuman turun dikit tapi gapapa investasi diri. Semangat semua
