i dont know why but now i am started liking my body. although i have gain only 2 kgs.

My previous diet is on my feed you can see there. And after join gym my trainer told me to eat 8 eggs per day ( include lunch and dinner) , but i can eat only 6 Lets see what changes now. And i hate eggs😖

The general idea is to eat more protein.You can opt for whey/casein protein. 8 eggs: 48 grams protein, you can get that amount if you consume about 60 grams of whey protein. To cover up the additional calories, you can eat whichever foods you like, preferably calorie dense since you're on a lean bulk (peanut butter would be great)
