Keep it up I love reading your post also, I only weigh on sunday but I step on the scale almost every day and I dont let it get to me so what I was up 2 pounds yesertday when I was down 4 pounds the day before. I just know my weigh in is on sunday and that is what counts for me.

Ha. That is a good idea. I don't like weighing myself when trying to lose weight either. It is too distracting if you do it too much. But I think that a good weigh in once a week is a good idea. It 's been a week today since I went to the doctor' office and "lost" three pounds, so I hope that my scale reflects some loss. I will do a weigh in today.
