Got in a good 2.50 walk/run today. I'm so excited that I am losing weight and eating what I WANT and exercising when I want to.
I set a goal in october to cover 600 miles either by walking or running by labor day of this year. I'm about at 63 miles right now but thats ok, I'll get there now that winter is pretty much over!
