Had a bad night eating and drinking what I shouldn't. Stress and anxiety really got me. Back on track today.

It is very hard at first but I think the key is try adjusting portion size. That way you can have things you crave in smaller amounts. ❤️

Eat 3 normal meals, try light in dinner, and walk or exercise 3/4 times a week.
