Small amounts of weight loss is a wonderful balance between eating healthy and exercise. Even tougher after I found out I have fibromyalgia 😖😖. Chin up I always say😆
76.4 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel you. I also have Fibromyaliga, it can be tough balancing exercise with a disorder like fibro
