So I checked Web MD for their RDI thinking that this one was a bit high. Its actually pretty close if I only want to lose 1 pound a week, but I would like to lose two. Bad news: Thats about 700 fewer calories a day than the RDI here, Good news: I have been making that, or better for all but two days in two weeks or so. It hasn't been that bad either. Probably only two days where I was really feeling hungry.
I dont always log my exercise, I know I'm doing it. I just really like to have a good idea of what I am consuming and this works for me.
