Day 5: I think I did reasonably well. 3 liters of water,and started workout.I am commited to this.Following as best I can. Reading as much material as possible. and sticking to the plan. Today was the first day I had to fight the carb war.I didn't think boiled artichoke had so many carbs:medium 17.3....needless to say I didn't have any..Stuffed for DH instead.They looked and smelled sooo good.I didn't even taste.D H said they were the best I ever made!!!GO FIGURE!!!
