I critiqued someones omelette this morning so I figured I’d put up or shut up. Two eggs with white onion, green pepper, mushroom, sausage and cheddar. Mixed salt, pepper and parsley into the beaten eggs. Slight brown on the top, creamy inside. 😋😋😋
