Oh ada yg komen juga😂 Bahan: Whey protein (aku pake Natlab yg plain), Diabetamil Sweetener, Apel Merah Kupas, Kopi Tubruk 1 sdt Buatnya gampang bgt. Whey+diabetamil diblender/shake bisa, airnya dikit aja biar kental, masukin apel. Biar cakep tambahin bubuk kopi dikit. Selesai... Proteinnya sekitar 21 gr ya guys, lumayan bgt mengawali sarapan😂
