Day two of the no wheat, sugar or dairy challenge and if you can believe it, I woke up feeling better already. Isn't that something? Its been fairly easy so far except I think I'm in a detox because my belly has been a bit nauseated. Anyone else? I think its pretty normal so I don't mind. Besides, it helps a bit to not be so hungry. Otherwise all good!
