-bawang putih
-bawang Bombay
-bawang merah
-cabai keriting
-cabai rawit
-tomat
Blender semua bumbu, tumis bareng asam jawa sebentar. Masukin udang&ayam yang udah dikukus(aku marinasi pakai bawang putih& ketumbar bubuk), kasih sayur sesuai selera. Tinggal tambahin kecap manis, garam, kaldu bubuk dikit aja.
