So tonight's dinner was the first meal I had not personally prepared since starting my healthier living trek. Mother in law cooked, but I was not sure how she prepared everything! I kept my portions reasonable, and up to dinner my daily calories were low, so its all good...BUT! I am just OCD enough to really like to keep control of whats going into me (unlike the past few years HA! But I did learn this...I do have control over my portions, and since dinner I am not starving. Its a process I know. Id love to hear if anyone else kinda flips out internally a little bit in this situation? (Trust me, I know I am a tad crazy!!)
