ahhhh, thats better. Was a little tripped out because yesterday was a bit challenging, but today was great. Ate well, topped it off with a nice salmon dinner.
It feels so good to be cooking and eating healthy again! My biggest block was getting started, as it is with anything. Once you get going though, it becomes routine.
Good long walk and physical work as well
