Tough journey trying to lose even 2 lbs and to see 9 pound loss makes me ecstatic. Thinking I have to eat to feel full is the hardest. Weighting out all portion and counting calories is my go to. Telling myself it’s ok to have a small snack and not beat myself up over it. One week down and looking forward to what I know I can do.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
