Li: Ga tau nih. Jamur kuping menurut app gede tapi emang ngga starchy. Tapi kalo starchy semua, perutnya penuh banget.

deli: kemarin malah sampai 12kgan, tapi mungkin malah kekurusan jadi telat mens.. Bersyukur cuma telat 6 hari, tapi ya kalorinya harus segini, at least sampai nanti selesai.
